Welcome

The holiday home House Giovanni is located in a wooded area of the lovely village of Premantura. Cape Kamenjak, the 9.5 km long sunniest part of Istria proclaimed protected natural landscape in 1996 extends south of the village. It is the southernmost point of the Istrian peninsula with beautiful landscapes, a rich flora and fauna, lovely beaches and a crystal-clear sea. It is also well known for its dinosaur footprints on the isle of Fenoliga. The holiday home House Giovanni is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, which may be enjoyed by its guests, offering an area for relaxation (outdoor shower, deck chairs and whirlpool) and a dining area with a stone grill.

The host wishes his guests a pleasant and carefree vacation. We try to provide our guests with any information they require, we are at their disposal for any inquiries and we will do our best to assist them in all situations. Guests are provided with information leaflets informing them of all the events in and around Premantura in order to make their vacation as enjoyable and interesting as possible.

Premantura is located about 10 km from Pula, the largest city of the Istrian peninsula, known primarily for the Arena, one of the best preserved Roman amphitheatres in the world. Pula offers many more surprises dating from the antiquity: the Forum, the Temple of Augustus, the Arch of the Sergi, the Hercules’ Gate, the Roman Theatre, the Twin Gate, the mosaics… In addition to Pula we recommend our guests visit nearby places such as Vodnjan, Rovinj, Poreč, Hum, Roč, Gračišće and, of course, the Brijuni Islands ...
